Description
Panadol Cold & Flu Night 24 Tabs detalis
pseudoepherine has a direct and indirect sympathomimetic activity and is an effective upper respiratory tract. It acts on the alpha-adrenergic receptors in the mucosa of the respiratory system , causing vasoconstriction. The medication shrinks swollen mucous membranes; reduces tissue hyperemia,edema and nasal congestion; and increases airway patency.
paracetamol (acetaminophen )is an analgesic and antipyretic agent with negligible anti inflammatory properties and is proven to be effective for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with commom cold , headache and reduction of fever. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine used to relief common cold, cough, itchy throat/skin, allergy, kidney stones, acidity, hay fever, rhinitis,allergies due to food and running nose.
Dosage
Adults and children 12 years old and above
1-2 caplets every 4-6 hours but do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours
Composition
each caplet contains pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30mg, paracetamol 500mg and chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg.
